Frederick R. Mann Jr of The Law Offices of Matthew C. Hines, LLC successfully resolved he case of a defendant charged with driving more than 15 mph over the speed limit and driving without a drivers license.

Before court the defendant obtained a valid California DL and did 40 hours of community service.

Case Results

The prosecution changed the charge to Driving with a Suspended DL (no jail) and the defendant was fined a total of $278 in fines and costs (vs over $800 on the original charges). The Speeding charge was merged (dismissed).
