NORCROSS MUNICIPAL – Frederick R. Mann Jr of The Law Offices of Matthew C. Hines, LLC successfully negotiated traffic charges in Norcross, Georgia, against a 65 year old Mexican man without immigration status today.
The client had been cited for DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE and NO BRAKE LIGHTS. The license charge resulted in a negotiated NO CONTEST plea for a fine of $710, and the second charge was merged (dismissed). No probation or jail was imposed when the client was able to pay the full fine and court costs at sentencing.
