About Attorney Kenneth Mitchell

Kenneth Mitchell is a Personal Injury Attorney at Hines Law, where he handles the firm’s Texas personal injury cases.

Before practicing law, Kenneth spent 13 years as a police officer, including service with the Houston Police Department in investigative roles and in the department’s legal division. He is also a U.S. military veteran. He brings that investigative experience to every case he handles.

Education and Admissions

Kenneth is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center and has been licensed in Texas since 2018. He is admitted to practice in Texas state courts and in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Western, and Northern Districts of Texas. In addition to personal injury, his practice has included criminal defense, DWI defense, civil litigation, and appeals.
