GWINNETT COUNTY – Frederick R. Mann Jr of The Law Offices of Matthew C. Hines, LLC successfully resolved the case of a Gwinnett County resident charged with Driving Without a Driver’s License and Illegal Window Tint.
The license charge was the second such ticket in the last 5 years. The defendant was offered the following plea:
- dismissal of the license charge,
- a plea of guilty to the window tint charge,
- 11 months 29 days probation, early termination if he completes 10 days in the County Work Program and has paid his fine and costs total (approximately $1300).
The license charge upon plea or conviction would have required 10 days in the County Jail.
