COBB COUNTY – Frederick Mann of The Law Offices of Matthew C. Hines, LLC successfully resolved another case in Cobb County State Court today.
The Solicitor agreed to give her:
a $500 fine and court costs (Total $682) and
leave the mandatory 2 day jail component up to the judge.
Because the client had no prior record and had a certificate showing she had performed 48 hours of community service to her church, the judge suspended the jail altogether.
No Points because it was not a moving violation, no jail, no probation, and a fine.
The client left the courthouse and was very happy after paying the fine with a debit card at the clerk’s window.
