COBB COUNTY – Frederick R. Mann Jr of The Law Offices of Matthew C. Hines, LLC successfully resolved the case of a client in Cobb State Court today who had been charged under Georgia’s “Super Speeder” law.
The client had been charged with driving 85 in a 55 MPH zone on I-75, which would have raised the total fines and costs by about $300.
Instead the prosecutor agreed to reduce the allegation to 75/55 for a $305 fines plus costs total, and to accept a NOLO CONTENDERE PLEA (avoiding points)
