The client, without immigration status, had been charged with Driving without a driver’s license.

40 hours community service
10 days of house arrest
A fine of $500 plus court costs, and
Completion of a defensive driving course.

Suspended the mandatory 2 day jail time and
Imposed no probation
as the client had completed all the requirements before his plea and paid his fee all at one time after the plea.
