HALL COUNTY – Frederick R. Mann Jr of The Law Offices of Matthew C. Hines, LLC successfully resolved today the traffic court case of a Mexican woman, undocumented, who was charged with driving without a valid drivers license in Hall County.
The client was struck from behind by another driver who was not carrying valid proof of insurance. No one was injured. The client was able to plead guilty to the charge and the 2 day jail requirement was suspended because she was able to pay the $687.50 fine immediately and provided the Solicitor with proof she had voluntarily served ten days of house arrest before her arraignment.
No probation or community service was ordered.
