CHEROKEE COUNTY STATE COURT – Frederick R. Mann Jr of The Law Offices of Matthew C. Hines, LLC successfully resolved a client’s case in Cherokee County State Court this morning, without jail, probation, community service, or driver education required.
The client, A Mexican national without immigration status in the US, had been charged with driving without a driver license and failure to maintain lane, in July of this year.
There was no accident and no one was injured. The client was fined a total of $915 in fines and court costs. Because the fine was paid immediately the statutory 2 days in jail was deemed waived by the State.
