The Mercedes was ultimately found at a body shop and the front end was seriously damaged. The tow driver said he had been contacted by the defendant to tow the Mercedes from a parking lot in the area.

Case Results

The defendant entered a plea of no contest to Following Too Close and his insurance paid for complete repairs to the Mercedes. He was placed on 12 months probation and ordered to complete DUI court in conjunction with a DUI plea he entered on another case in an unrelated episode.
