GWINNETT COUNTY – Criminal defense attorney Frederick Mann, Jr. traveled to Lawrenceville for this client today, to Gwinnett County Recorder’s Court. The client was charged with Driving without a valid DL (2nd offense within in 5 years).
The client pled guilty and a negotiated plea was reached as follows:
- the charge was reduced to Basic Traffic Regulations (no points or fingerprints), a total fine of just over $1300, and
- 15 days of participation in the County Work Program (the client goes home after each day of service) in lieu of 10 days in jail.
