FRANKLIN COUNTY – FREDERICK R. MANN JR of THE LAW OFFICES OF MATTHEW C. HINES, LLC successfully resolved a client’s speeding case and charge of Driving without a DL in Franklin County today.
The defendant was allegedly traveling on the interstate doing 87 in a 70 mph zone when stopped.
The State agreed to reduce the speeding to:
- Basic Traffic Regulations and
- a fine of $250,
and the defendant was allowed to plead NO CONTEST to the driving w/o DL charge and pay a fine of $1000.
No probation was ordered and the statutory 2 day jail requirement was waived by the Solicitor and the Court.
