GWINNETT COUNTY – Frederick R. Mann Jr of The Law Offices of Matthew C. Hines, LLC successfully resolved the case of a Gwinnett County resident charged with Driving Without a Driver’s License and Illegal Window Tint.
The license charge was the second such ticket in the last 5 years. The defendant was offered the following plea:
dismissal of the license charge,
a plea of guilty to the window tint charge,
11 months 29 days probation, early termination if he completes 10 days in the County Work Program and has paid his fine and costs total (approximately $1300).
The license charge upon plea or conviction would have required 10 days in the County Jail.
