FULTON COUNTY – Frederick R. Mann Jr of The Law Offices of Matthew C. Hines, LLC successfully closed out the traffic court case of his client today.
The client was charged was :
Failure to yield right of way resulting in an accident
He reviewed an accident diagram and the scene photos and was able to convince the Solicitor that the other driver, driving the Hum-vee, had caused the accident and struck our client’s vehicle.
After reviewing the case for a little over a month the prosecutors agreed.
They dismissed the case against our client this morning and filed charges against the other driver.
Needless to say the client was very happy at the outcome.
