Frederick R. Mann Jr of The Law Offices of Matthew C. Hines, LLC on Dec 1st resolved the case of a Mexican woman charged with her second Driving with No Dl in 5 years.

The Court waived the 10 day jail required by statute and accepted the maximum fine plus costs ($1300) and ten days of house arrest the defendant had voluntarily performed in light of the pandemic.
The defendant had also voluntarily done 25 hours of community service prior to her plea.
