COBB COUNTY – Frederick R. Mann Jr of The Law Offices of Matthew C. Hines, LLC successfully resolved a client’s case in Cobb State Court in Marietta this morning.
The client, a woman in her 40s without immigration status, had been cited for:
The plea negotiated with the court required 10 days of house arrest, completion of a defensive driving course, 40 hours of community service, and a $500 fine plus court costs.
Because the client had accomplished all the court’s demands before her plea the mandatory 2 day jail requirement was waived, and no probation was ordered.
The client paid the full fine and costs to the clerk immediately after her plea was taken by the court
