Frederick R. Mann Jr of The Law Offices of Matthew C. Hines, LLC successfully resolved the case of an undocumented Guatemalan man who discharged a handgun after someone had slashed his wife’s tires in the parking lot.

Someone then called the police and the defendant was arrested after police found a handgun behind a tire of a parked car.
Case Results
He was allowed to enter the Pretrial Diversion Program because of the circumstantial nature of the case and no witnesses to say the gun had been fired at anything.
