FULTON COUNTY – Frederick R. Mann Jr of The Law Offices of Matthew C. Hines, LLC today successfully resolved the case of a Venezuelan college student.
The student, who has applied for political asylum, was charged in Roswell Municipal Court with:
- Following Too Closely
when she allegedly hit the rear bumper of a pickup truck as both vehicles were waiting for a red light to turn green within the City of Roswell.
The Solicitor agreed to reduce the charge to the offense of “Basic Traffic Regulation violation”, which carries no points and is a non-finger-printable infraction.
The client paid a fine of $215 after pleading guilty to the reduced charge and the case was closed.
