  • Cobb County Courthouse

COBB COUNTY – FREDERICK R. MANN JR of THE LAW OFFICES OF MATTHEW C. HINES successfully resolved another criminal traffic case today.

The client had been charged with:

  • Driving Without a drivers license and
  • Expired Tag

The Solicitor, of the Office of the Solicitor General in Cobb County, dismissed the tag charge as the defendant was not the owner of the unregistered vehicle.

The Judge, of the State Court of Cobb County, then accepted a Guilty Plea to the license charge because the defendant completed 40 hours of community service, paid a $500 fine plus court costs, and completed a DDS approved defensive driving course.

The mandatory 2 day jail under the statute was suspended, and no probation was imposed.
