GWINNETT COUNTY – Frederick R. Mann Jr of The Law Offices of Matthew C. Hines, LLC successfully resolved a client’s case in Gwinnett County Recorder’s Court this morning.
The client, who lacked immigration status, had been charged with:
- Driving Without a Driver License and
- Excessive Window Tinting on the vehicle she was operating.
The plea negotiated was for the client to plead Guilty to the Tint charge and pay an immediate fine and costs amount of $705, which she did.
The client had no prior record and had performed community service before her plea. The Driver License charge was dismissed
