FULTON COUNTY – Frederick R. Mann Jr of The Law Offices of Matthew C. Hines, LLC successfully resolved the traffic case of a client in Atlanta Municipal Court yesterday.
The client paid a fine of over $700 and was not sentenced to jail or probation despite having missed an earlier court date and the court having issued a warrant for his arrest.
The court accepted a plea of guilty to Driving without a valid drivers license, set aside the warrant, and accepted the client’s plea of No contest to a second charge for having parked a truck partially in the street blocking traffic.
