Hines, LLC successfully resolved the case of a young woman charged in 2019 with causing an accident while Operating a Vehicle with a Learners Permit Unaccompanied by a Licensed Driver, Violation of a Traffic Control Device, and Failing to get a DL within 60 days of Change of address.

By the time the case came to court, the woman had obtained a full Georgia DL, entered into a restitution agreement with the other driver’s insurance company to pay full restitution, and was current on all her payments.

Case Results

The prosecutor agreed to dismiss the tickets altogether under the circumstances.
